Your provision of personal data is always voluntary, but necessary to place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, add a comment to a blog or simply contact us.

Personal data is collected with due care and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons. Personal data shall be processed only in the territory of the European Union.

Newsletter. Through the site you can subscribe to a newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products and services related to our online activities. For the purpose of sending the newsletter, your personal data in terms of name and e-mail address are processed.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent expressed by ticking the relevant checkbox when signing up for the newsletter. You can withdraw such consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

The data is processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which will delete the data from the database.

Orders. When placing an order, you must provide your personal information necessary to process the order, i.e. your name, e-mail address, telephone number and address for delivery of the order. You may also provide additional data, such as information about your business. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, this data will be automatically substituted into the order form, while you always have the option to modify it.

The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the order is the performance of the contract.

The data provided in the order form will be recorded in the database and will be stored there until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, details of the order are recorded, such as the date of the order, the subject and value of the order, the selected method of delivery and payment.

Invoices. If we issue an invoice to you, we process your personal data for this purpose to the extent necessary to issue the invoice. The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfillment of a legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all invoices issued are included in the accounting records, so your data will naturally be processed as part of these records for the period of time required by law.

Comments. When you add a comment to the blog, you provide us with your data in terms of your name, email address, website address and the content of the comment. In addition, the IP address with which you added the comment is recorded in the system.

The data is saved in the database of the WordPress system. The data in the database of my WordPress system is stored in it for the entire period of the blog. The data will be deleted from the database when we decide to close the blog.

Your data in this case is processed on the basis of your consent resulting from adding a comment. The data is processed only for the purpose of publishing the comment on the blog. Part of the data (name, profile picture) will be publicly available on the blog next to your comment.

Email contact. When you contact us by e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender of the message. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the body of the message.

The legal basis for processing personal data in such a case is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.

Your personal data provided to us in the course of e-mail contact is processed solely for the purpose of handling your request. The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving.
